【摘要】 介绍金属硫化物精矿的干燥特性、常用干燥设备的结构及使用情况。重点论述蒸汽管回转干燥机的结构、工艺流程和应用效果。蒸汽管回转干燥机通过在简体内以同心圆的方式布置换热管及通入中低压饱和蒸汽作为加热介质,对精矿进行干燥。它具有设备处理能力大、能耗低、工艺简单、需处理的尾气量小并且含尘低等优点,适合与大型硫铁矿焙烧和有色金属硫化矿熔炼配套使用。
【英文摘要】 Drying characteristics of metal sulphide concentrate, structure and use of various conventional drying devices are described with emphasis on the structure, process and application of steam tube rotating dryer. The steam tube rotating dryer is composed of a cylinder with heating tubes arranged in the form of concentric circles, through which low or medium pressure steam is passed as heating media for drying of concentrate. 【正文快照】 金属硫化物矿石(硫铁矿、黄铜矿、方铅矿和闪锌矿等)是硫酸工业和冶金工业的重要原料，浮选后的精矿(硫精矿、铜精矿、镍精矿、钥精矿和锌精矿等)需要进行干燥才能进入后续的焙烧和熔炼设备。在我国，随着大型硫铁矿焙烧及有色金属冶炼装置的建设，迫切要求提高精矿干燥设备的
